PAPrx icon does not appear on the Desktop
Run the installation program again.


20534 Database Error
If you receive this error it is usually because the DAO350 is installed on the computer.  This Microsoft DLL has a conflict with their DAO360 component.

Click here and a batch file will attempt to un-register the DLL. 
(select Run this program from its current location when prompted)

If it is successful you will receive this message:
'DllUnregisterServer in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Dao\Dao350.dll succeeded.'

Check the Dates on data access files.  
Click here and a Find File command will be placed on your Windows Desktop.
(select Run this program from its current location when prompted)

Then, from your Desktop double-click this Find File and allow it to search your hard drive..
When the search is finished, adjust the window so you can see the dates, the File Locations, and all the files on the screen.

Now compare your Find File results to the example image provided on the link above.  You should not have any files that are older than the files shown in our example image.  If there are older files we advise that you rename them to have the letters 'SAFE' added to the name before the period\File extension (eg .DLL).  Then run the PAPrx installation again.

You can print your find file by following these steps.
>Load WordPad: this is usually under the Start>Programs>Accessories--> WordPad.
>To make a screen print of the Find File, have the Windows highlighted. Hold the Alt key and press the PrtScn (print screen) button.
>Then click on WordPad and select Edit menu, Paste.

If there are too many files you might have to make two screen prints.

Now if you can print, save, and even email this file.
